My boyfriend has had a great job for a few years, but is still living in an apartment with a roommate. This gets on his nerves from time to time, but he has been doing it to save money for a house. Now, he finally has enough stashed away to start looking for a place. He wants a fixer upper and is dedicated to remodeling the place himself. He found one that he really would love to buy and made an offer the other day. He is also being responsible and pricing a lot of items like Plastic Moulding and new appliances. The thing he is really worried about is being able to afford the time to do all of the work. He loves fixing things up, but he does have a job to focus on too and does not want to get too into a project that demands a lot.
